Privacy policy

Depending on how you use the store, this can include your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when account registration requires it; delivery address, governorate or city when required; order contents and status; the payment method you choose; sender name or payment reference; payment-proof images; support messages; guest email-verification details; and basic analytics or session interaction data used to operate and improve the storefront.

We use this information to create and manage orders, verify payments, fulfill products and services, provide order tracking and support, prevent abuse and fraud, operate PlayHouse Wallet and account features, and improve storefront performance and usability.

Payment proofs may be stored and manually reviewed by authorized PlayHouse staff to verify the related transaction. Do not upload proofs that contain information you do not need to share for verification.

Essential session or trust data may use cookies. Local storage may be used for preferences, session continuity and analytics. Security tools such as Turnstile may process technical request information when they are enabled. If you choose to sign in with an OAuth provider, that provider may process data according to its own terms.

PlayHouse does not currently offer a cookie-consent banner. Using the store uses the technical storage needed for checkout, tracking, language preference and storefront analytics as described here.

PlayHouse relies on technical service providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, security and related infrastructure where applicable. Those providers process information only as needed to operate the store.

We keep information only as reasonably necessary for order operations, security, accounting or support obligations, and dispute handling.

Contact Support to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information where applicable. PlayHouse does not currently offer automatic account deletion from the storefront. Some requests may be limited where we still need the information for an order, security or accounting reason.
