PlayHouse.tn sells and supports digital game codes; gaming subscriptions; gift cards and wallet codes; manual recharge and in-game currency services; gaming accounts where offered; physical gaming products; pre-orders where offered; PlayHouse Wallet; and store pickup where offered.

The product page and checkout show the format, fulfillment method and options that apply to your order. Availability can change until an order is successfully confirmed or reserved.

Submitting an order — including using Place Order — does not always mean PlayHouse has accepted or fulfilled it.

For many payment methods, staff verify the payment before fulfillment. PlayHouse Wallet payment is processed automatically when it succeeds. Pickup orders that follow the pickup flow do not require online payment and are confirmed separately.

Product availability may change before an order is successfully confirmed or reserved. You can follow status on the order-tracking page.

You are responsible for checking the platform, account or store region, edition, and other compatibility details before you buy. Those details are shown on the product page.

If you select the wrong region, platform or edition, that is generally not refundable after the correctly ordered digital product has been delivered or revealed.

Digital codes are usually delivered shortly after payment verification. Manual recharge or service normally requires processing after payment verification. Gaming accounts, where offered, may require manual setup or transfer. Physical products are delivered according to the delivery information shown during checkout.

These are typical timelines, not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery of digital products generally starts after payment has been verified, except where Wallet payment is confirmed automatically.

Manual payment methods can require sender or reference information, a payment proof, and staff verification before fulfillment. Timing depends on when your proof is reviewed. The order-tracking page shows the current status.

Unpaid orders may expire after their applicable payment window. That window can depend on the payment method and the order. When an unpaid order expires, reserved stock may be released.

Where pickup is offered, the pickup flow does not take online payment. You pay at pickup. A reservation remains subject to confirmation and product availability. If a pickup order is cancelled, reserved stock may be released.

You must not use PlayHouse for fraud, submit false or abusive payment proofs, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse codes, accounts or services. Do not resell or use products in ways prohibited by the product or platform rules.

PlayHouse is not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect platform, region or account information you provided, where the product was supplied as ordered.
